Technical ERP Consultant (Hybrid / Remote – Nova Scotia)

Our Technical ERP Consultants:

·  Deliver empathy & prompt solutions to our customers experiencing issues in their mission critical systems.

·  Analyze and recommend requirements for software configuration, use, and training during and after system deployments.

·  Configure system integrations (ODBC, API, etc), and manage back-end connectivity (postgres/pgAdmin).

·  Develop and enhance customized business analytics, automations, and dashboards (MS PowerBI /PowerQuery).

·  Consult with management and other customer departments as required to implement and maintain business-critical systems. 

·  Convey well-constructed options with benefits and risks to inform decisions.

·  Log customer service requests in our Flourish ERP and collaborate with Tier3 Support / Dev teams to accelerate resolutions when necessary.

·  Document business process solutions with written and video assets for our Chaos Academy.

·  Perform diagnostic testing and documentation on new software releases, software add-ons, and internally developed software customizations.

·  Implement the latest technology releases throughout our user base within a standard timeframe.

·  Train end-users on ERP software (Spire Systems) functionality and related software programs.

·  Track and report key performance metrics for the Flourish Technical Team.

Foundational Knowledge That Would Accelerate Your Success:

·  Recent University or College Degree with Computer Science, Technology, and/or Business focus.

·  Experience in accounting, tech support, business analyst, or service management role.

·  Impeccable, empathetic communication skills (phone, email, in-person, video, presentations).

·  Experience with, or a willingness to learn, a system for prioritized plan of action.

·  Bonus for knowledge of & proven builds with APIs, C#, SQL, Html/CSS.
