Kristin masterfully directs the flow of incoming, outgoing, and sideways going details for the Flourish Team and our customer project logistics. With extensive experience in sorting out backlogged accounting systems for customers, reconciling every type of account known to mankind, and organizing meetings, travel, parcels, Kristin will often be a frequent point of contact with all levels of customer team members.Kristin’s first superpower is connection; she rapidly connects with others and makes them feel heard, seen, and valued.Kristin’s second superpower is Get-to-it-ness!She is a master of jumping into the messy details of disorganization and cleaning them up – whether that is unreconciled bank accounts, unpaid invoices, unbilled services, or any other accounting support needed to help our clients get their systems running like a clock.

Myles is the master of taming all the demons of installations and technical issues in Spire and a growing number of related technologies. Myles is a frequent point of contact with all levels of customer team members as we install and then support your new systems.Myles’ first superpower is patience; Myles’ calm, patient, active listening allows him to comfort those experiencing technical issues and make the steps clear, doable, and logical. Myles’ second superpower is resilience – Myles can methodically approach the weirdest technical issues and sort through the details to find the solution or find someone who can assist with resolution.
